Privacy Policy of TechniArt sp.z o.o. 

 

General provisions 

 

The purpose of this Privacy Policy of TechniArt sp.z o.o. (hereinafter: “Policy”) is a detailed description of how TECHNIArt sp. z o.o ul. Rumiankowa 2, Nowa Bukówka near Warsaw, 96-321 Żabia Wola (hereinafter: “Techniart”, “we”) will collect and use information provided by people using the Techniart website and online store (www.skleptechniart.pl) (hereinafter: “Users”), including, where appropriate, personal data. Please read this Policy carefully. 

  

Protection of personal data of other Users’ data 

 

Techniart attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of people using our website and all applications and services available through it (hereinafter: “Portal”, “Website”). All personal data obtained through the Portal are processed in accordance with the relevant national regulations and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, 04/05/2016, pp. 1-88) (hereinafter: “GDPR”). Our priority is to protect the rights and freedoms of people who have provided us with their personal data. Basic use of the Portal does not depend on providing Techniart with the User’s personal data. Providing personal data by the User is completely voluntary, however, providing some personal data is necessary for the purposes of providing services by Techniart. 

We understand how important it is to keep your personal data confidential. By entrusting us with your data, the User can be sure that we will exercise due diligence to process the Users’ data in a lawful manner. 

  

Who is the administrator of the User’s data? 

 

The moment you send us your personal data, Techniart becomes their administrator within the meaning of the GDPR. 

 

We grant access to Users ‘personal data only to those employees or partners whose knowledge is necessary to provide support in the implementation of Users’ orders regarding our products or services. We have implemented procedures for the protection and use of personal data.

The data provided by the User is stored and processed by Techniart with due diligence in accordance with the GDPR. Although Techniart exercises due diligence to ensure the security of the data provided to us, the User acknowledges that the use of the Internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of the personal data provided to us by the User or the User via the Internet in each case. 

  

What kind of information about the User do we collect, for what purposes and on what legal basis? 

 

The use of Techniart services will require certain information to be provided. This information may include, among others, name and surname, address, date of birth, contact details, payment details, as well as other necessary information, in particular required by applicable law. From time to time, we may also require you to provide further information to improve our services. We obtain most of the information directly from you through applications or other forms, and by keeping records of the information you provide to us in the course of ongoing services for our clients. 

  

Personal data will be processed for the purposes related to the conclusion or performance of contracts and for the marketing of products and services offered by Techniart in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 and the Personal Data Protection Act. 

  

Who do we share Users’ personal data with? 

 

Techniart may share Users’ personal data with cooperating entities, i.e. companies owned or controlled by Techniart or which are under joint control with Techniart or remain in constant cooperation with Techniart (banks, investment firms, auditors, companies providing other services financial, IT, consulting or courier companies). 

  

Location 

 

The provision of services by Techniart may require the transfer of personal data to entities providing services to Techniart in other countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area. In the case of transfer to countries that do not ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, Techniart applies safeguards in the form of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. The data subject has the possibility to obtain a copy of his data.
